AGGIE DAUGHTER
I Sent My Daughter To Texas A&M

I sent my daughter to Texas A&M, entrusting the school
To protect her, guide her, comfort her, mold her, and
Prepare her for the future.

Like a father, Texas A&M opened its arms to her.
Like a mother, the school encouraged her to give her best.
She returned a mature, independent young lady.
Possessing not only a degree, but also
A greater sense of pride, tradition, integrity,
Honor, commitment, loyalty, and character.
She returned with a greater understanding and
Much more prepared for what the future holds.

She took so much from Texas A&M, but she left
Part of her heart there for having experienced it.
She left part of my heart there as well.
I hope it will help some other young lady when
Texas A&M open its arms to her.
